Increasing Tech Entrepreneurship Among Youth
Most start-ups aimed at bringing about social change have altruism and passion in their DNA, but they frequently fail to develop effective digital products. One of the biggest barriers for mass adoption of these digital products is a lack of user empathy and bad behavioural design. Teams in this Nudgeathon worked to rethink, redesign, and improve their digital products live using behavioural design insights, just like big tech companies do today. Exploring the possibilities of using behavioural insights to create user-centric products facilitated participants’ understanding of their consumers and their chances of creating functional solutions to the societal challenges they had set out to solve.
